Located in Paddington, Oxford Medical is a general practice of six doctors that serve the local Sydney community. The project extends an existing terrace house previously used as a single doctor's rooms. The extension accommodates a larger number of doctors. The new wing at the rear of the existing building is located to provide an entry courtyard between. The new building itself accommodates a new reception area and waiting room at the ground floor. The upstairs of the new wing is used by the staff providing them with a staff kitchen, study & file storage. The project features a lift wrapped in steel mesh. This solved the access requirements.
